Is the diagnostic free?+
Yes. The diagnostic is how we determine if we can help — not a sales pitch.
How is this different from traditional consulting?+
Traditional consulting delivers reports and slide decks, then leaves. We deliver running systems — workflows that read data, make decisions, and drive execution. Reports expire. Systems evolve.
How is this different from SaaS tools?+
SaaS leaves a system but has no judgment built in. Our systems come with embedded industry expertise and business logic — not an empty shell for you to fill.
How long until we see results?+
2–4 weeks. From one specific business problem to a working prototype. Not a proof of concept — something that actually works.
What industries do you serve?+
We primarily work with financial services, technology, and consulting firms. If your industry isn't on this list, we'll tell you during the diagnostic.
How do you charge?+
Project-based pricing, not billable hours. First sprint: $30K–$60K. Governance audit: $15K–$30K. Full system build: custom quote.
How much time do we need to invest?+
60 minutes for the diagnostic. During the project, 2–3 hours per week from the business owner. No technical expertise required.
What's your relationship with AI vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)?+
We're independent. We select the best underlying models and tools for each client's specific needs. We're not tied to any vendor.
How do you handle data security?+
All engagements are covered by NDA. Systems are deployed on your infrastructure — your data never leaves your network. Our governance audit includes a full security assessment.
